    Plan de responsabilidad social empresarial Caf茅 Mulato.

    Despu茅s de la b煤squeda con el equipo establecido del Diplomado de Gerencia Estrat茅gica , se realiza este trabajo cuyo principal objetivo es Dise帽ar el Plan de Responsabilidad Social y sus componentes de la empresa Caf茅 Mulato; en el siguiente trabajo se da a conocer la historia de esta importante empresa para el sector Colombiano donde se reconoce inicialmente por su excelso y diferente caf茅 de exportaci贸n para los pa铆ses vecinos; se realiz贸 un estudio identificando impactos econ贸micos, sociales y ambientales que afectan el bienestar de sus trabajadores y personas cercanas a la empresa; clasific谩ndolos de acuerdo a su nivel de impacto, se elabor贸 el c贸digo de conducta empresarial dando a conocer iniciativas innovadoras para la construcci贸n y elaboraci贸n del plan social; conllevando a la definici贸n del presupuesto de la inversi贸n del proyecto. Es claro que los Stakeholders juegan un papel importante para nuestra organizaci贸n, por este motivo se clasificaron de acuerdo con el sector, generando gran impacto para el plan de comunicaciones establecido; por otro lado, se dio a conocer el conflicto de intereses que pueden darse en la empresa debido a la interacci贸n entre los trabajadores, socios, clientes o familiares; afectando el c贸digo de conducta establecido por la organizaci贸n. Finalmente se realiza un glosario importante que tiene objetivos de aprendizaje para las personas interesadas en conocer y ejecutar este proyecto, concluyendo que Caf茅 Mulato siempre busca el bienestar de su empresa atrayendo socios para la inversi贸n de sus futuros proyectos y sensibilizando a sus colaboradores con el objetivo de cumplir las metas y objetivos, dentro del contexto del buen trato entre la empresa y sus clientes, buscando la fidelizaci贸n de cada uno de ellos.After the search with the established team of the Strategic Management Diploma, this work is carried out whose main objective is to Design the Social Responsibility Plan and its components of the Caf茅 Mulato company; In the following work, the history of this important company is revealed for the Colombian sector where it is initially recognized for its exalted and different export coffee for neighboring countries; A study was conducted identifying economic, social and environmental impacts that affect the welfare of its workers and people close to the company; classifying them according to their level of impact, the code of business conduct was drawn up, announcing innovative initiatives for the construction and preparation of the social plan; leading to the definition of the investment budget of the project. It is clear that Stakeholders play an important role for our organization, for this reason they were classified according to the sector, generating great impact for the communications plan established; On the other hand, the conflict of interests that can occur in the company due to the interaction between workers, partners, clients or relatives was made known; affecting the code of conduct established by the organization. Finally, an important glossary is made that has learning objectives for people interested in knowing and executing this project, concluding that Caf茅 Mulato always seeks the welfare of its company by attracting partners for the investment of future projects and raising awareness among its collaborators with the objective to meet the goals and objectives, within the context of good treatment between the company and its customers, seeking the loyalty of each of them
